Offering an in-house, physician-owned Ambulatory Surgery Center allows us to provide minimally invasive procedures in an effective, convenient, and safe out-patient environment. Our skilled providers and professional clinical staff are eager to serve patients by providing the highest quality care while utilizing the latest technology. Since 2015, we have had the privilege to serve thousands of patients from the surrounding community.

DR. ISPIRESCU is a double board-certified and fellowship-trained pain management physician. He trained with top experts in the field of pain medicine at UC San Diego, where he completed both his anesthesiology residency and pain management fellowship
Dr. Michael Mazzilli
Board-Certified Pain Management
Board-Certified Anesthesiology
Dr. Mazzilli is a double board-certified and fellowship-trained pain management physician. He trained in the Navy, beginning with Medical School at the Uniformed Services University in Bethesda, MD. He completed both his anesthesiology residency and pain management fellowship at Portsmouth Naval Hospital, VA. After a 31-year career in the Navy, he worked for Kaiser Permanente for 5 years.
